Catalyst Recruits Jon White As New VP, Product

Catalyst Software, a leading customer success software company, welcomes Jon White as its new VP of Product. Jon White is an innovative leader with more than two decades’ worth of industry experience in product development, both in building software and managing teams.

“I’m excited to join a company with such great potential and a deep knowledge of its market,” Jon says. “I’m looking forward to being a part of the team and helping to raise the product to new heights. I’m confident that working at Catalyst will be an amazing experience. Catalyst has a very bright future ahead, driven by a world-class product and team.”

Jon White has led several companies’ product development efforts over his storied career, including most recently acting as VP of Product for Highspot, where he led product management as the company grew from 60 to 750 people. Highspot is a sales enablement platform that increases the performance of sales teams, backed by ICONIQ Capital and Tiger Global Management.

“Jon’s track record of success in helping build and improve incredible SaaS products makes him the ideal fit for Catalyst given our rapid rate of growth and development,” says Edward Chiu, CEO, and co-founder of Catalyst. “He’s got a keen understanding of the engineering process, an unmatched focus on the customer, and the ability to manage teams with diverse skill sets. We’re thrilled to have Jon leading the next phase of Catalyst’s development.”

Joining at a critical time in Catalyst’s journey to become the leading Customer Success Platform, Jon White will be taking over a product that was recently named a Leader by G2 as “Most Implementable” among all platforms in the space.

“It’s been incredible to see Catalyst’s rapid rise as a leader of customer experience management,” says Vas Natarajan, a Board Member, and Investor from Accel. “We couldn’t be more excited to have an exceptional product leader who has experience leading teams through these rapid scaling stages.”
