The largest group in the working population is the millennial generation, followed by Gen Z. Despite being the most diverse and educated generation in American history, they earn much less and have significantly less wealth than baby boomers their own age. What do these younger employees need after the unrest of the previous two years and more? We must assist them in thriving both at work and at home, and for many people, this means successfully navigating the hazy line between the two.
